In 2008, the Turkish national soccer team -for the first time - qualified for the semi finals of the European soccer championship. People on the streets of Berlin (Germany), the second largest Turkish city after Istanbul (by population), and many other German cities spontaneously gathered for street parties that lastet all night long.
In this piece, the middle-eastern/turkish theme, and the drive of the B-section are inspired by the game and the general atmosphere on this day.
